Delivery & Returns
Orders normally take 1-3 working days to process before shipping.
Your items will be sent to you by "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" delivery which requires a signature; you should normally expect 1-3 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer.
Please note a signature is required and if nobody is in to receive the package the Royal Mail will leave a red card requesting that you either collect it from your local Royal Mail office or that you arrange redelivery at no further cost. You will need to collect the package, or arrange redelivery, within 7 days or your package will be returned to RH Specialist Models. You will then incur a further handling and delivery charge for it to be re-sent.
For deliveries to other European Union countries we use "Royal Mail International Signed For" you should normally allow 3-7 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer.
Delivery charges and approximate delivery times are as follows:

Ireland & Europe £9.75 5 - 7 working days
If you wish to send products to more than one address you must place a separate order for each address and a separate delivery charge will be charged for each delivery address.
If you were out when the Royal Mail tried to deliver your order, they will leave a red card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery at no extra cost, or on how and where to collect the package.
If you do not contact the Royal Mail within 7 days they will return your order to RH Specialist Models; we will then contact you to arrange redelivery which will incur a further delivery charge.
An additional shipping charge of £35 applies for orders over 2kg delivered outside the UK
If you are not delighted with your items we will offer a full refund or exchange on any item. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
All returned items must be returned in their original condition with their original packaging and must include a copy of your invoice or delivery note. Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please return to RH Specialist Models, c/o Haworth Associates, Pure Offices, Lake View Drive, Sherwood Park, NG15 0DT. We will not be responsible for the postage costs for returning the goods.
If the item you receive is faulty or damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. You will be offered a full refund or exchange. You will be requested to return the item to RH Specialist Models, c/o Haworth Associates, Pure Offices, Lake View Drive, Sherwood Park, NG15 0DT. You will then incur a delivery charge to return the item but the full cost of this delivery will be reimbursed.
RH Specialist Models does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit so you should insure the returned items for all returns.
